Around the world with four AFS students

NORTH CANAAN — Three international students visiting the United States and one Northwest Corner teen who studied abroad this year spoke about their lives and experiences on Tuesday, May 8, at Geer Village to members of the Exchange Club. 

Three AFS students came to the Northwest Corner for a year, attending Housatonic Valley Regional High School (HVRHS) and staying with volunteer host families. 

One student, Valerie Lenis, lives here but went to Costa Rica with an AFS program.
