William Shakespeare had a great talent for intermingling comedies and tragedies as he created the monumental body of work that consists of 37 plays. “As You Like It,” currently in the Roman Garden Theatre at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Mass., was written shortly after the knee-slapper “Julius Caesar” and right before that other laugh-riot, “Hamlet.”
