From ‘Chopped’ to children, celebrity chef cooks for all

AMENIA — Dafna Mizrahi is a chef, and a well-known chef at that. She has cooked at some pretty great restaurants, including Monte’s Local Kitchen and Tap Room in Amenia, and she has twice been on The Food Network’s “Chopped,” leaving as champion. As much as she loves to cook, it’s sharing her skill with youngsters that is her first love and passion.
