NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North East, Dutchess County, New York, on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 8:30 PM, or soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall, 19 North Maple Avenue, Millerton, New York, on the application of Edmond G. Loedy, Architect P.C. on behalf of Angela Reynar, owner of tax parcel # 7070-00-250935-0000, for a variance of Section 180-14-D5 of the Zoning Law of the Town of North East, requesting a decrease in the required rear yard of 50 feet from the property line to 29 feet, 4 1/2 inches in order to construct a small barn. The parcel is located at 58 Tripp Road in the A5A Zoning District of the Town of North East.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Sections 121-27(D)(2), 121-62(F) and 121-66(F) of the Town of Amenia Zoning Code, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Amenia, New York, on July 24, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, located at 4988 Route 22, Amenia, New York on the following matter:

Application by Troutbeck Holdings, LP for a special permit and site plan approval for the construction of a 4,280 sf wellness center consisting of a movement studio, equipment room, treatment room, saunas and locker rooms on a non-conforming lot. The wellness center will be on a portion of the overall Troutbeck property located at 515 Leedsville Road in the Town of Amenia.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Appendix B of Chapter 105 of the Town of Amenia Subdivision Law, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Amenia, New York, on July 24, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, located at 4988 Route 22, Amenia, NY. The following matter is scheduled for a public hearing:

Application by IWF, LLC for a minor subdivision of land located at 3565 Route 22 in the Town of Amenia. The applicant proposes the creation of two lots: proposed Lot 1 to consist of 15.36 acres on the east side of Route 22 and proposed Lot 2 consisting of the remaining 51.99 acres located on the west side of Route 22.  The property is located in the RA and OC zoning districts.
