Legal Notice

On Tuesday June 11, 2019 the Salisbury Zoning Board of Appeals denied the appeal from D Haab and John O’Hara as applicants regarding the ZEO’s decision because regulations state a nonconforming building cannot be more nonconforming due to current distance from the stream.

On Tuesday, June 11, 2019 the Salisbury Zoning Board of Appeals granted a variance to section 503 of the Salisbury Zoning Regulations for a property owned by John O’Hara, located at 254 Twin Lakes Road, Salisbury CT and is located on the RR1/LA Zone. Applicant was David Haab of O’Hara’s Marina. Variance for building to be 29 feet from stream due to hardship.
