Salisbury mill rate will rise 2.6%

SALISBURY — Salisbury voters passed a $16 million budget at town meeting Wednesday, May 8, by a vote of 28-1.

The total amount for town government, Salisbury Central School and the town’s Region One School District assessment is $16,057,755.

Charlie Vail was the moderator for the town meeting.

The Board of Finance convened immediately after the town meeting adjournment to set the mill rate.
