A survivor bears witness to the horrors of the Holocaust

FALLS VILLAGE — Holocaust survivor Endre (Andy) Sarkany told his story to a group of students at Housatonic Valley Regional High School on Monday, May 13.

Sarkany, 82, described how he and other Jews were persecuted and exterminated in Hungary by the homegrown Nazis, the Arrow Cross, and later by the Germans themselves.
