Housing plan for 28 apartments gets OK

FALLS VILLAGE — The Inland Wetlands and Conservation Commission approved an application from the Falls Village Housing Trust for a multi-unit affordable housing development on River Road at the commission’s regular monthly meeting Thursday, April 18.

The parcel on River Road is about 14 acres and is within the Incentive Housing Zone.

The plan is for 28 units of rental housing in eight buildings, to be built in two stages.
