North East Highway Garage update: Town Board to legally circumvent Planning Board review

NORTH EAST — The Town Board met on Thursday, April 11, at which time it discussed the joint highway garage facility proposed for Route 22, north of the village. The town of North East has taken the lead on the project, working with the village of Millerton.
