Students adapt to new grade system

FALLS VILLAGE — At the March 4 meeting of the Region One Board of Education, Housatonic Valley Regional High School (HVRHS) Principal Ian Strever presented data on grades that indicate that students have adapted to the new grading system, with a significant decrease in the number of NYP (not yet proficient) grades.

Strever spoke with The Lakeville Journal on Friday, March 8, about the data.
