John A. Hemmerich

 SHARON — John Hemmerich passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 23, 2018, at the young age of 43.

He was born at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina of a Marine family. Being of a Marine family he traveled as a child. His family settled in Sharon after retiring from service.

He attended Sharon Center School and then went to Oliver Wolcott Technical School in Torrington. He was also a member of the volunteer junior fire squad in Sharon during his high school years.

Upon graduation he became an electrician by trade. 

He is survived by his wife, Samantha Hemmerich, and his two young sons, James and Alex. He is also survived be his mother, Sandra Anderson of Sharon; his father, Lee Hemmerich, and stepmother, Sharon, of Florida; his sister and best friend, DeAnn Hemmerich of North Canaan and her two sons, Mason and Noah Lynahan. 

He was predeceased by his stepfather, Bill Anderson. 

With so many family, friends and co-workers, he is going to be missed. His laughter, smile and big heart brought joy to all who knew and loved him.
