2018: Changes and uncertainty in NW Corner medicine

SHARON — Health Quest got pushback from the community in 2018, with area residents coming out strongly in opposition to an announcement that the maternity ward would be shut down; and with a strong Northwest Corner presence, led by state Rep.-elect Maria Horn (D-64), at a public hearing by the state in Danbury about Health Quest’s plan to join forces with the Western Connecticut Health Network.
