William F. Anderson

SHARON — William F. Anderson, 70, passed away peacefully at Sharon Hospital on Sept. 4, 2018, after a long battle with cancer.

He was a world traveler, a veteran in the United States Navy, retired. 

He studied at Cornell University and later served as the Admirals Chef aboard the USS Eisenhower for 20 years. He worked for another 20 years at Kent School.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sandra Anderson of Sharon; his two stepchildren, Deanne and John Hemmerich; and four grandchildren, Mason, Noah, James and Alex.

He will be missed by all his family and friends. Gone But Never Forgotten.

A graveside service was held at the Kent School Cemetery in Kent on Sept. 10.
