ZBA sets date for Kent Hollow Mine public hearing


AMENIA — With the development of the Kent Hollow Mine application underway, the Amenia Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) discussed organizing a public hearing. The board met on Monday, Aug. 20; all ZBA members were present except save Chairman Jeff Barnett-Winsby.

Following a recap of where the ZBA stood in relation to the Kent Hollow Mine application, ZBA attorney George Lithco said a public hearing would present the public with an opportunity to provide more information for the appeal.
