Phyllis Rita (Rowell) Flint

SALISBURY — Phyllis Rita (Rowell) Flint, 83, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Aug. 9, 2018,  at Noble Horizons. 

She was born in Rockland, Mass., on Feb. 1, 1935.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lindon P. Flint Sr.; and her great-grandson, Cory Parker Flint. 

She worked for many years in the laundry business.  

She loved playing cards. (especially rummy, Setback and Flinch).

She was a former member of the Lakeville Hose Co. No. 1 Ladies Auxiliary. 

She leaves behind her three sons, Lindon P. Flint Jr. of Cadiz, Ky., Robert Flint Sr. and his wife, Norma, of Lakeville and Daniel Flint and his wife, Karen, of Hudson, Fla.; her grandchildren Lindon P. Flint III and his wife, Christina, Robert Flint Jr. and his wife, Cara, Gabrielle, Daniel and his wife, Emily, Becky and her husband, Scott, David and his wife, Bobbi, Scott, Brandon and his fiancée, Katelynn, Josh, Caitlin, Kevin and Matt; her great-grandchildren, Rowan, Caitlyn, Cole, Corbin and Kaylee, Demarcus, Diangelo, Victoria, Dimarion, Mason, Danny, Evelyn, Andrew, Aaron, Skye and Cody.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Lakeville Hose Co. in Lakeville at 11 a.m. on Sept. 15. Memorial donations may be made to the Salisbury Ambulance; or the Center for Dementia Research, Nathan S. Kline Institute, 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.
