Robert Cronin’s art studio is the front room of his small Falls Village House. A single bed, institutional and spartan, occupies a corner. Everywhere else are tools and materials for making art; finished paintings are stacked neatly here and there — not too many, the rest are in other rooms he says — some ready to go to the David M. Hunt Library, just down the road, where a show of his “Imaginary Paintings” opens on Saturday, July 21.
