Local artist shares the wealth

MILLERTON — When 2-year-old Harper Blanchet propped his chin on his folded hands and looked out at the changing light that filled his backyard, his child’s mind couldn’t have imagined that some 68 years later he would frame that light and hang it on the walls of countless galleries, homes, and now, those of the NorthEast-Millerton Library.
