Sights set on Millerton Gun Club’s practices


MILLERTON— A frustrated resident has voiced concern about the Millerton Gun Club’s shooting practices. David Decker submitted a second written notice and follow up complaint about the club’s activities, involving “loud, excessive and sometimes rapid and nearly daily gun fire” to the Town Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the code enforcement officer. The letter was read into the minutes of the most recent Town Board meeting, held on Thursday, June 14.
