Volunteers help make critical home repairs for National Rebuilding Day

DUTCHESS COUNTY — Rebuilding Together Dutchess County (RTDC) recruited volunteers and affiliates to provide critical home repairs and modifications for local low-income homeowners for National Rebuilding Day on Saturday, April 28.

Founded in 1992, the national nonprofit organization is driven by its commitment to repairing homes, revitalizing communities and rebuilding lives. Previously known as Christmas in April, the organization’s name was changed in 2001 to reflect the services it provides to families throughout the year.
