WINSTED — Former Selectman Michael Renzullo has put the old Capitol Products building at 35 Willow St. up for sale.

The three-story building was built in 1946 and is approximately 27,894 square feet.

In 2010 Renzullo formed the nonprofit organization Laurel City Revamp for the purpose of rehabilitating distressed and underused properties.
