Uncle Al’s now dressing up Franklin Avenue

MILLBROOK — Upon entering Uncle Al’s Thrift Shop at its new location at 3275 Franklin Ave., one is struck by the light and airy space. Having huge windows in two of their showrooms certainly helps the ambiance. 

Uncle Al’s recently moved from its former location of 18 years on Front Street. The new shop is cheerful, artfully arranged and has bargains galore.

Uncle Al’s has been around since the mid-1970s; this is actually its fourth location.
