COLEBROOK — Brothers John and Randy Auclair are turning their Norbrook Farm in Colebrook into a brewery and outdoor activity center.

The two have owned the 472-acre farm at 204 Stillman Hill Road for the past two years.

According to the town’s property database, the farm has been in existence since 1799.

Inside one of the barns of the farm, a 15-barrel brewery is being set up.

The brewery is being overseen by North Canaan native Colin Coan, who has been hired by the two brothers as the farm’s brewmaster.
