Parents voice concerns about Region One system

FALLS VILLAGE — A group of about 35 people met at the Center on Main in Falls Village on Wednesday evening, April 4, to discuss their dissatisfaction with the new grading system and schedule at Housatonic Valley Regional High School (HVRHS).

Organizers Denise Cohn of Falls Village and Lynn Harrington of Kent led the meeting, with Cohn handling the bulk of the presentation.

The centerpiece of the discussion was the results of an online survey of parents. (The survey is still open, at www.regiononecommunity.com. The results are also available.)
