CORNWALL — Declaring that “the Constitution is for everyone,” American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) President Susan Herman delivered the endowed Norman Dorsen lecture on Sunday, April 8, at the Village Meetinghouse in Cornwall. The talk was a program of the Cornwall Historical Society.

Introducing the speaker was Norman Dorsen’s daughter, Jennifer, who told the audience of more than 100 that her parents used to say that they worked in New York City, but they lived in Cornwall.
