Grim realities of life in North Korea

SALISBURY — North Korea is not like any other country on Earth according to Melanie Kirkpatrick.

“North Korea is not a normal nation,” she said. “We forget this at our peril.”

Kirkpatrick, a former opinion editor at the Wall Street Journal, and Jack David, who served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense in the George W. Bush administration, spoke at Noble Horizons on Saturday, March 24, on “North Korea: What’s Next?”
