Historical talk focuses on veterans

MILLBROOK — The February meeting of the Millbrook Historical Society began with opening statements and announcements by President Dianne McNeil. She shared a first look at an ornament that will be used in fundraising for the Thorne Building. The ornament is round with a depiction of the Thorne Memorial Building by Sally Gifford O’Brien on one side and a short history of the edifice on the other. It will sell for $15 when it becomes available.
