Willis honored in Salisbury report

SALISBURY — The annual Salisbury town report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, was formally accepted at a town meeting on Thursday, Feb. 22.

This year’s report is dedicated to Roberta Willis, who represented Salisbury and the 64th District for 16 years before retiring last year.

Her husband, Bill Willis, is the chair of the Salisbury Board of Finance. He started the introduction to the dedication, laughed, and said “I don’t know if I can read this.”
