Senior wellness workshop series offered at library

PINE PLAINS— Kicking off the year with an eye on mental and physical health, a new Wellness for Seniors workshop series is being offered to seniors in the Community Room above the Pine Plains Free Library.

Presented by MVP Health Care and offered in cooperation with the town of Pine Plains, the main goal of  the series is to provide valuable information for older residents interested in learning about staying healthy as they age. All workshops in the series are free and open to all.
