Pine Plains’ Pulver now chair of Dutchess County Legislature

PINE PLAINS— Legislator Gregg Pulver (R-19) was chosen by his colleagues in county government as the new chairman for the Dutchess County Legislature at its organizational meeting held on Tuesday, Jan. 2. His election found bipartisan support.

“I love it so far,” said Pulver last week, giving an update on his new position. “It’s a great challenge for me … I serve as chairman on all the committees, on six standing committees, and then technically any legislator can go to any subcommittee.”
