Norwalk man wins Porsche from KML

KENT — Lou Benedetto of Norwalk, Conn., was the winner of this year’s car raffle to benefit the Kent Memorial Library. 

Tickets were sold throughout the summer at the library. The drawing was held at the library on Sunday, Oct. 29. About 2,500 tickets were sold at $20 each.

The prize this year was a crimson red and “pristine” 1998 Porsche Boxster convertible.

The car has a five-speed manual transmission and a six-cylinder boxer design engine. It was the beneficiary of several factory upgrades.
