School district unveils newly completed bus garage


PINE PLAINS— The Pine Plains Board of Education (BOE) couldn’t have asked for a better evening to host a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting for the district’s new bus garage on Wednesday, Oct. 4.

In the moments leading up to the ceremony, the transportation staff recounted stories of past drivers as well as their own experiences in driving for the Pine Plains Central School District.

After 21 years of driving Pine Plains students, senior driver Denise Milano praised the garage as a reflection of the transportation staff’s hard work.
