Benefit for Ambulance Explorers

NEW HARTFORD — A benefit spaghetti dinner for the New Hartford Ambulance Explorers group was held at the New Hartford Fire Department’s Pine Meadow station on Saturday, Aug. 12.
The Explorers are junior members of the ambulance department who range in age from 14 to 21.
Teenagers can obtain multiple medical certifications as a member of the group, including CPR, Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician certifications.
The group meets twice a month for training.
