After many years, former Lambert Kay building sold

WINSTED —  Fifteen years after the property was purchased by the town, the sale of the former Lambert Kay property on 32 Lake St. to Parker Benjamin Real Estate Services in Unionville was approved by residents at a special town meeting on Thursday, July 20.
