Railroad sprays tracks again despite new bill

CORNWALL — More herbicide was sprayed on the railroad tracks last month, just days before a bill was passed at the state Legislature forbidding the railroad company from spraying herbicides without consulting towns first (see article, Page A1).

The selectmen discussed the issue at their July 5 meeting.
