Childhood: It isn’t what it used to be

SALISBURY — Your grandparents had a different childhood experience than you did, and your experience is vastly different from that of your grandchildren. These differences were brought out in a program Saturday, July 8, at Noble Horizons when Connecticut Historical Society educator Natalie Belanger described childhoods in Connecticut, using research results illustrated by items from the society’s collections in Hartford.
