Superintendent signs three-year contract

WINSTED —  The state’s Department of Education, on behalf of the Winchester School District, signed a contract between the district and new Superintendent Melony Brady-Shanley on Tuesday, June 27.

Brady-Shanley, a West Hartland resident, was officially named the district’s new superintendent at a public informational meeting of the Board of Education on May 25.
