Laurel City Revamp case still in court system

WINSTED —  The Board of Selectmen is scheduled to hold an executive session concerning the foreclosure case against former selectman Michael Renzullo at its next meeting on Monday, June 19.

Renzullo, through his organization Laurel City Revamp, owns the former Capitol Products building at 35 Willow St.

Renzullo formed the organization in 2010 to rehabilitate distressed and underused properties.
