‘Shade and beauty for the CCS community’

CORNWALL — Students and teachers at Cornwall Consolidated School (CCS) gathered in front of the school’s main entrance on Friday to celebrate the presentation of the eighth-grade class gift, a Japanese cherry tree. 

“We wanted to leave something here for everyone to enjoy,” said eighth-grader Abby Larson during the presentation. “This tree will grow along with this year’s kindergarten class and be grown when they are.”
