Norfolk Farmers Market starts outdoor season

NORFOLK — Despite the chilly and damp weather on Saturday, May 13, the Norfolk Farmers Market kicked off its 11th outdoor season at its location outside of Town Hall at 19 Maple Ave.

The market drew regulars and first-time visitors to the season kickoff.

Shoppers came out for organic food, locally made crafts, artwork, live music with the band Dark Horse, and fly-fishing demonstrations at a tent sponsored by Orvis.
