Hats off to the winners at Run for the Roses

NORTH CANAAN — Stylish hats were the wardrobe item of the day on Saturday, May 6, as the Salisbury Rotary Club and Exchange Club of Canaan hosted a Run for the Roses event at Geer Village. 

More than just a social occasion and a chance to watch the Kentucky Derby on a large-screen television, it was also a fundraiser that will help the clubs offer scholarships to local students and make donations to area nonprofits.
