Towns express strong feelings about state budget plans

GOSHEN — The members of the Northwest Hills Council of Governments are not Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s biggest fans right now.

The assembled first selectmen of the 21-town regional group, at their regular monthly meeting Thursday, April 13, discussed their town budgets, especially in relation to the state’s budget process.

The mood was decidedly grumpy.
