Webutuck capital improvements: Two out of four propositions pass

WEBUTUCK— An underlying feeling of tension was present at Webutuck High School (WHS) as voters of the North East (Webutuck) Central School District weighed in on the capital improvement project revote, on Wednesday, March 29.

Voters approved Proposition 1 with 276 votes and Proposition 2 with 278. Proposition 3 was rejected with only 281 votes, as was Proposition 4 with 292 votes.
