Year in Review 2016 : Community kitchen still on the horizon for town residents

AMENIA — Roughly four years ago, resident Rudy Eschbach thought of “a great project” to benefit the town and the region, according to town Assessor Wayne Euvrard. The idea Eschbach pitched was to add a community kitchen to the Town Hall. The kitchen would be situated in a back room adjacent to the gym.

Earlier this year, Euvrard created the Community Kitchen Committee to ensure this concept comes to fruition.
