‘Bee Lady’ buzzes into town

NEW HARTFORD — Twenty-five children attended a presentation by “Bee Lady” Kathy Olson at The Licia & Mason Beekley ​Community Library on June 17. 

According to her website at www.thebeeladybuzz.com, Olson is a retired teacher from Wallingford.

She authored the picture book, “Look, Look. There’s a Bee in the Room,” to help children overcome any fear they might have of bees.
