CultureMAX honors community

NORFOLK — The Northwest Connecticut Arts Council (NCAC) partnered with Infinity Hall and Aquarion Water to sponsor their first CultureMAX awards ceremony. The event was held at Infinity Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Around 200 residents attended the event, which was held to recognize and reward artists, heritage workers, cultural organizations, volunteers and businesses in the Northwest Corner.
