COLEBROOK — The Colebrook Lions Club held its annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 12, at the fields and playground of Colebrook Consolidated School.

“We are fortunate to have such nice weather for the event this year,” Colebrook Lions Club secretary Cindy Fixer said. “The event is always outdoors and is held rain or shine, but one year we had to hide the eggs in a foot of snow.”

According to Fixer, 510 Easter eggs were numbered and hidden by volunteers, including Lions members and local youth.
