Water resources survey sent to town and village residents

MILLBROOK — The village of Millbrook is sending out a water resources survey to town of Washington residents in order to comply with the New York State Public Health Law. The village is required to send out the survey annually to provide a report to the New York State Department of Health’s commissioner.

The survey will be sent to owners of 315 parcels; 15 of those parcels sit in the town of Stanfordville but fall under the town of Washington’s watershed zone three. Those residents will receive a specially addressed letter because they’re not town of Washington residents.
