Cascade Spirit Shoppe expands, moves to new space

AMENIA — The Amenia Archery Store has gone, and taking its place is the Cascade Spirit Shoppe, which has relocated from its previous spot in the plaza at the corner of Route 22 and Old North Road.

Why the move?

“There’s a lot more space,” said Lee Bates, owner of the store.

The larger space offers Bates a larger selection, which can be hard to believe considering the selection offered in the previous space.

“We’re going to be able to introduce more high-end and small production wines and an extended variety of wines and liquors,” she said.
