NEW HARTFORD — When an event is listed “rain or shine” it means rain or shine no matter what, according to New Hartford Lions Club Vice-President Donna MacDonald.
And indeed the rain poured from the sky during the club’s annual benefit flea market on June 2 at Brodie Park.
Despite the rain, vendors and attendees still braved the weather.
The flea market, which has been held by the club for more than 20 years, offered a wide selection of clothing, antiques, furniture and collectibles.
