No more foraging, arugula is up!

The first greens of summer are poking their little heads up through the dirt already, which is a relief for all the friends and family members who I force to go out foraging in the woods with me through the spring. It’s as delightful as it is healthful to eat foods that come from the earth around you. Unfortunately for those who love me, that means that in early spring they are often dragged out to the woods in search of ramps, morels and fiddlehead ferns.
